Public Information Committee
September 3, 2019
The meeting of the Public Information Committee of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District was called to order at 1:15 P.M. on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 by Don Rosenbrock at Central’s office at 3209 West 28th Street in Greeley. Committee members present were Everett Kissler, Doug Dill, Ralph Anders and Jim Reasoner. Central staff present were Randy Ray, Executive Director; and Tammy Rusch, Office Manager.
The committee discussed the preliminary Public Relations budget for 2020.
The committee discussed current organizational memberships sponsorship and advertising that the District participated in last year with no changes.
The committee instructed Tammy Rusch to find out how donations set aside for Weld, Adams, and Morgan counties fairs to go directly to the sale of products instead of advertising in the fair book.
RECOMMEND THAT FAIR DONATIONS BE USED ON FAIR SALES ADDING A MORE PERSONAL TOUCH TO THE DONATION.

The committee discussed the purchase iPads for the Board of Directors to use in Board meetings instead of paper copies. Tammy provide a price comparison of different iPad models.
RECOMMEND THE PURCHASE OF 10.5 iPAD’s TO BE USED IN BOARD MEETING IN PLACE OF PAPER COPIES.
