CCWCD is one of the most important organizations in Northern Colorado. When Steven Long explored this area in 1819, he called it the Great American Desert and without water this is exactly what he described. I am proud to be a part of Central Colorado Water Conservancy District where we understand the needs of water and what it means to this area.
Ralph is married and has two children and one grandchild. In 2007 Ralph became a member of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy Districts Board of Directors.
