Central Colorado Water Conservancy District, Groundwater Management Subdistrict and Well Augmentation Subdistrict is governed by a 15 – member Board of Directors. Directors must reside and own real property within the District boundaries.  The Board of Directors appoints its own officers and Subdistrict committees.
 Board of Directors Meetings
The Central Colorado Water Conservancy District (CCWCD), Groundwater Management Subdistrict (GMS), and Well Augmentation Subdistricts (WAS) Board of Directors serve at two meetings a month that are open to the public. Committee meetings are scheduled for the first Monday (CCWCD) and Tuesday (GMS & WAS) of the month, Board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month at 10:00 am.  No meetings are held in June or December.

Meetings are posted by date in descending order. Click the title of the post to view the document as a PDF. Agendas are posted 24-hours before the meeting and are subject to change. Meeting minutes and financials must be approved by the board before becoming part of the official record. Meeting minutes and financials are posted here one-month after the meeting and after board approval. All agendas, minutes and financials are also available at the office, call (970) 330-4540 to make an appointment, pleas provide the documents you are interested during the initial call. There may be charges for copies if needed.
Public Discussion
Public Discussion is available at the beginning of each board meeting at 10:00 am. Please call the office at (970) 330-4540 or send an email to Staff@ccwcd.org at least two-days before the scheduled meeting to be added to the agenda. Emails or written letters are accepted as public discussion and must also be delivered two-days before the meeting.

Meeting are operated in compliance with the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you require an accommodation under the ADA, please notify the office at (970) 330-4540 at 2-days before the meeting that you plan to attend. CCWCD will make all reasonable modifications to ensure that people with disabilities have an equal opportunity to meetings.
