August 10, 2022
The meeting of the Well Augmentation Subdistrict of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District Committee was called to order at 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, by David Bernhardt, Committee Chairman, at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W. 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were David Bernhardt, Randy Knutson, Gary Herman, Steve Bruntz and Bret Schmidt. Staff members present were Randy Ray, William Mihelich, Chris Stewart and Lynn Kramer.
Lynn presented a Petition to Transfer Water Allotment Contract from Dos Rios Water Company to the Tylene L. Schmidt Trust.
MOVE TO RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO APPROVE THE PERMANENT TRANSFER FROM DOS RIOS WATER COMPANY CONTRACT #9 TO THE TYLENE L. SCHMIDT TRUST CONTRACT #875.

Randy reviewed a letter sent to Scott Meining regarding swapping parcels, ditch shares and irrigation wells.

Randy reviewed surface shares for sale.
Billy discussed the stipulation with the Lower Latham Reservoir Company regarding the Pioneer Reservoir.
MOVE TO RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO APPROVE THE DRAFT ADDENDUM AND THE STIPULATION WITH LOWER LATHAM RESERVOIR COMPANY REGARDING CENTRAL’S PIONEER RESERVOIR CASE 19CW3088.

Randy informed the committee of the dates and agenda for Colorado Water Congress Summer Conference in Steamboat Springs.
Randy reviewed two hunting leases between CCWCD and Honker Nation. The committee discussed amending the leases.
Randy discussed the river restoration work being done by Anderson Consulting Engineers at Walker.
Meeting was adjourned at 4:20 P.M.
