MINUTES OF THE
CCWCD COMMITTEE
April 4, 2023
The meeting of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District Committee was called to order at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, by Committee Chairman Don Rosenbrock at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were Everett Kissler, Dan Kammerzell and Ralph Anders. Don Rosenbrock and Doug Dill attended by video conference. Staff members present were Randy Ray, William Mihelich , Evan McCurnin and Lynn Kramer.
Randy Ray discussed attending the annual meeting of the PRBT Beeline board. Randy will attend a Special Board Meeting to educate the stockholders about CCWCD. He also updated the committee on the progress of the gravel mining at Bernhardt Reservoir.
Director Dan Kammerzell asked questions regarding obtaining the Excess Capacity Agreement. Discussion followed.
MOVE TO DIRECT STAFF TO DRAFT A CARRIAGE AGREEMENT TO FILL BERNHARDT RESERVOIR FROM THE PLATTE RIVER BIG THOMPSON AND BEELINE DITCHES.

Tammy Rusch discussed the application for the CCWCD Board of Directors Scholarship. The committee talked about broadening the requirements and changing the deadline. Tammy will increase her communication with the high school counselors and ag teachers in our boundaries.
