CCWCD Committee
April 6, 2021
The meeting of the CCWCD Committee of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District was called to order at 10:59 A.M. on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 by Don Rosenbrock at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were Don Rosenbrock, Jim Reasoner, and Everett Kissler. Committee member attending via Zoom conference was Doug Dill. Committee member absent was Ralph Anders. Staff present were Randy Ray, William (Billy) Mihelich, Ruthanne Schaffer, and Lynn Kramer.
Billy reviewed an outlook from the Division of Water Resources on water supplies in the South Platte River Basin.
Randy reviewed an amortization schedule to purchase the Chatfield Reallocation shares.
RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO APPROVE THE PURCHASE OF THE CHATFIELD REALLOCATION ORPHAN SHARES.

Randy and Billy reviewed projects and possible acquisitions staff has been investigating.
Adjourn for lunch and reconvene.
Randy and Billy gave an update on the Bernhardt Reservoir easement.
RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO APPROVE THE BERNHARDT EASEMENT WITH ADDITIONS/CHANGES AS DISCUSSED.

Lynn reviewed the current policy regarding Meter Reading and Reporting and discussed a perpetual offender not submitting meter readings.
Chairman Don Rosenbrock adjourned the meeting at 2:01 P.M.
