MINUTES OF THE CCWCD COMMITTEE
August 1, 2023
The meeting of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District Committee was called to order at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, by Ralph Anders at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were Ralph Anders and Dan Kammerzell. Doug Dill attended by video conference. Committee members absent were Don Rosenbrock and Everett Kissler.
Staff members present were Randy Ray, Executive Director; William Mihelich, District Engineer; Evan McCurnin, Water Resources Analyst; Tammy Rusch, Education Coordinator; Danyelle Hart, Financial Analyst and Lynn Kramer, Contracts Manager.
Tammy Rusch presented a comparison of the 2022 and the 2023 Well Watch reports and reviewed the Well Watch Strategic Plan.
A video of the 2023 Children’s Water Festival was shown.
Tammy discussed the 2023 Education budget.
Danyelle Hart reviewed the 2024 CCWCD budget.
Billy Mihelich presented a Grant of Easement from Cureton Midstream regarding an existing 3” natural gas pipeline located on the Meining property owned by Central. Discussion followed. Billy will report back to the committee in September.
