CCWCD Committee
August 2, 2022
The meeting of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District Committee was called to order at 11:20 A.M. on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, by Committee Chairman Don Rosenbrock at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were Don Rosenbrock, Everett Kissler, Doug Dill and Ralph Anders. Staff members present were Randy Ray, William Mihelich, Chris Stewart and Lynn Kramer.
Billy reviewed a summary of surface shares for sale.
Billy discussed the offer to Scott Meining regarding swapping parcels, ditch shares and irrigation wells. The committee made suggestions on several issues.
MOVE TO RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO APPROVE THE LETTER OF INTENT TO SCOTT MEINING WITH SUGGESTED AMENDMENTS.

Randy discussed the stipulation with the Lower Latham Reservoir Company regarding the Pioneer Reservoir.
MOVE TO RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO APPROVE THE DRAFT ADDENDUM AND THE STIPULATION WITH LOWER LATHAM RESERVOIR COMPANY REGARDING CENTRAL’S PIONEER RESERVOIR CASE 19CW3088.

Randy reviewed a handout Tammy Rusch prepared on the Education Programs. It includes the programs, costs and hours spent on each.
MOVE TO RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO HIRE AN ADDITIONAL FULL TIME EMPLOYEE FOR THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS.

Tammy asked the committee to let her know who will be attending the Colorado Water Congress Summer Conference in Steamboat Springs.
Billy reviewed two hunting leases between CCWCD and Honker Nation.
