CCWCD, GMS, and WAS Special Board Meeting
December 14, 2020
The combined special board meeting meeting of CCWCD, GMS, and WAS was called to order at 1:02 P.M. on Monday December 14, 2020 by President Ralph Anders. Board members present were: Ralph Anders, President; Bret Schmidt, Treasurer; Everett Kissler; Jim Reasoner; Vern Kammerzell; Randy Knutson; and Frank Eckhardt. Board members joining via Zoom meeting were: Dave Bernhardt; Gary Herman; Alan Axton, and Doug Dill.
Others present were: Randy Ray, Executive Director; William Mihelich, District Engineer; Ed Armbruster of White Sands Water Engineers; and Brad Grasmick of Lawrence Custer Grasmick Jones & Donovan.
I MOVE TO ADJOURN THE OPEN MEETING AND GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISUCSSING THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY UNDER SECTION 24-6-402(4)(a)C.R.S., DETERMINING POSITIONS RELATIVE TO MATTERS THAT MAY BE SUBJECT TO NEGOTIATIONS, AND/OR INSTRUCTING NEGOTIATORS, UNDER SECTION 24-6-402(4)(E) C.R.S. AND ALSO FOR A CONFERENCE WITH THE ATTORNEY FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECEIVING LEGAL ADVICE ON SPECIFIC LEGAL QUESTIONS UNDER SECTION 24-6-402(4)(B) C.R.S.”

MOVE TO DIRECT RANDY RAY, WILLIAM MIHELICH, AND A BOARD MEMBER TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE MEINING FAMILY.
