CCWCD Committee
February 1, 2022
The meeting of the CCWCD Committee of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District was called to order at 11:20 A.M. on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, by Everett Kissler at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were Doug Dill, Everett Kissler, and Ralph Anders. Staff present were Randy Ray, William Mihelich, and Lynn Kramer.
Billy updated the committee on the ACWWA/ECCV mediation and the augmentation agreements.
RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO EXECUTE THE ACWWA/ECCV AUGMENTATION AGREEMENTS.

Randy discussed the Western Equipment and Truck “Quonset Farm” recharge pond project.
RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO ENTER INTO A RECHARGE EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH WESTERN EQUIPMENT AND TRUCK WITH A 45% – 45% – 10% SPLIT.

Randy presented a draft of the Wiggins Walker IGA and Operating Agreement. The committee made recommendations and wish to further discuss them at the board meeting.
Randy reviewed a request from Westwater Consulting LLC to lease water from Koenig Reservoir.
RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO NEGOTIATE A LEASE WITH WESTWATER CONSULTING LLC.

Tammy Rusch updated the committee on the CCWCD Education Center feasibility study draft budget and timeline created by Tom Cech.
Everett Kissler adjourned the meeting at 1:10 P.M.
