WAS Committee
February 5, 2020
The meeting of the WAS Committee of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District was called to order at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 by David Bernhardt at Central’s office at 3209 West 28th Street in Greeley. Committee members present were Randall Knutson, Bret Schmidt, and Gary Herman. Committee member absent was Steve Bruntz. Staff members present were Randy Ray, and William (Billy) Mihelich.
Randy updated the committee on the progress at the Walker Recharge Project.
The committee reviewed the current water legislation.
The committee discussed several water right offers.
The committee discussed the purchase of a groundwater monitoring pump.
RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO APPROVE THE PURCHASE OF A GROUNDWATER MONOTORING WELL PUMP FROM GEOTECH FOR $5455.00.
