MINUTES OF THE CCWCD COMMITTEE
February 7, 2023
The meeting of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District Committee was called to order at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, by Committee Chairman Don Rosenbrock at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were Don Rosenbrock, Everett Kissler and Ralph Anders. Committee member Doug Dill attended by video conference. Staff members present were Randy Ray, William Mihelich and Lynn Kramer.
Tammy Rusch presented the committee with the five year Education Plan and budget.
RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO APPROVE THE FIVE YEAR EDUCATION PLAN AS PRESENTED WITH THE 2023 EDUCATION BUDGET AND THE ADDITION OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISSTANT POSITION.

Tammy updated the committee on the large number of classes signed up for the 2023 Water Festivals and has classes on a waiting list.
Billy reviewed a summary of available senior water rights.
RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO PURCHASE THE SENIOR WATER RIGHTS DISCUSSED.

Randy discussed the pending Service Agreements for ditch rider services with several ditch companies.
Randy described a request from a contract holder to transfer Water Allotment Contracts for municipal uses. Discussion followed.
Billy reviewed the Easement with Cureton Midstream for an existing pipeline on the Meining Farm.
Billy described a request from United Power for an easement on the Rinn property.
Meeting was adjourned at 1:10 P.M.
