MINUTES OF THE
CCWCD COMMITTEE
January 3, 2023
The meeting of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District Committee was called to order at 11:07 A.M. on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, by Committee Chairman Don Rosenbrock at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were Don Rosenbrock, Everett Kissler and Ralph Anders. Doug Dill joined the meeting by Zoom. Staff members present were Randy Ray, William Mihelich and Lynn Kramer.
The committee discussed the 2023 Orchard property Grazing Lease Agreement with Tim Peggram and the Walker property Grazing Lease with Joseph Hawkins.
MOVE TO RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO APPROVE THE TIM PEGGRAM ORCHARD PROPERTY GRAZING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH A TWO YEAR TERM WITH ANNUAL RENT PAYMENTS DUE JANUARY 31ST.

MOVE TO RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO APPROVE THE JOSEPH HAWKINS WALKER PROPERTY GRAZING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH A TWO YEAR TERM WITH ANNUAL RENT PAYMENTS DUE JANUARY 31ST.

Randy explained the Eckhardt lease on the Ewing Farm. The committee discussed the terms of the lease.
MOVE TO RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO LEASE THE EWING FARM TO ECKHARDT FARMS INC AT $175 PER IRRIGATED ACRE AND TENANT MAINTAIN ANY UNPLANTED ACRES.

Randy presented a request for a water lease from Burnco.
Randy discussed several options for the Meining Farm.
Randy updated the committee on the Dittmer Recharge project.
Meeting was adjourned at 12:45 P.M.
