CCWCD Committee
January 4, 2022
The meeting of the CCWCD Committee of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District was called to order at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, by Don Rosenbrock at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were Don Rosenbrock, Everett Kissler, and Ralph Anders. Board member on Zoom was Doug Dill. Staff present were Randy Ray, William (Billy) Mihelich, Danyelle Hart and Lynn Kramer.
Randy Ray discussed the Doyle McCarthy Augmentation Well Purchase and Easement Agreement from 2006.
RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO VACATE THE DOYLE MCCARTHY DONATED WELL PERMITS 13586 AND 13587 MENTIONED IN THE 2/23/2006 EASEMENT.

The committee was informed of the CCWCD staff growing pains and the Earnest HR Consulting LLC proposal. The committee would like Shawnna Earnest to attend the board meeting on 1/11/2022.
Danyelle reviewed the average cost of board meetings including director’s fees, meals and mileage reimbursements. Danyelle asked the committee to consider increasing the 2023 budgeted director pay.
Billy reviewed the ACWWA and the ECCV Augmentation Station and Bypass agreements.
RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO SEEK LEGAL ADVICE BEFORE SIGNING THE 2022 ACWWA AND ECCV AGREEMENTS.

Randy informed the committee of an offer from Scott Meining regarding the Meining property.
Randy reviewed the GIC SCADA map. GIC currently utilizes the City of Greeley’s SCADA system and are requesting additional support from CCWCD.
RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO PROVIDE SCADA SUPPORT FOR THE GREELEY IRRIGATION COMPANY.

RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO SET THE 2022 RECHARGE CREDIT RATE AT $40 PER ACRE FOOT.
