SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES OF THE WELL AUGMENTATION SUBDISTRICT OF THE CENTRAL COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
July 31, 2023
A Special Board meeting of the Well Augmentation Subdistrict of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District was held on Monday, July 31, 2023, at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W. 28th St. Greeley, Colorado. The meeting was called to order at 10:00 A.M. by Chairman Ralph Anders and the following Directors were present: Ralph Anders, President; Chad Schafer, Vice President; Bret Schmidt, Treasurer; David Bernhardt; Steve Bruntz; Frank Eckhardt; Gary Herman; Vern Kammerzell; Everett Kissler; Randy Knutson and Alan Mazzotti. Doug Dill attended by video conference. Absent were Alan Axton; Dan Kammerzell and Don Rosenbrock.
Others present were Randy Ray, Executive Director; William Mihelich, District Engineer; Lynn Kramer, Contracts Manager and Danyelle Hart, Financial Analyst. Special guests were Brad Grasmick of Lawrence Custer Grasmick Jones & Donovan LLP and Chad Chavies of Tim Chavies & Associates Inc.
Sam Hellwege of Clifton Larson Allen LLP attended to present the completed 2022 audit.
MOVE TO APPROVE THE WELL AUGMENTATION SUBDISTRICT OF THE CENTRAL COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT 2022 AUDIT.

Chad Chavies addressed the board regarding the audit process. Discussion followed.
