Meining Property Committee
August 4, 2021
The meeting of the Meining Property Committee of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District was called to order at 11:30 A.M. on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, by Alan Axton at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were Alan Axton, Everett Kissler, Gary Herman, and Randy Knutson. Committee member absent was Ralph Anders. Other Board member present was Frank Eckhardt. Staff members present were Randy Ray and William (Billy) Mihelich. Guest present was Michael Hall from Weld County Planning Department.
Randy Ray thanked Michael Hall for attending and providing guidance on Weld County’s land development criteria.
Committee discussed the sale of the Meining Property.
Chairman adjourned the meeting at 1:30 P.M.
