CCWCD Committee
March 2, 2021

The meeting of the CCWCD Committee of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District was called to order at 11:03 A.M. on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 by Don Rosenbrock at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were Don Rosenbrock, Jim Reasoner, Everett Kissler and Ralph Anders. Committee member attending via Zoom conference was Doug Dill. Staff present were Randy Ray, William (Billy) Mihelich, Tammy Rusch and Ruthanne Schaffer. No guests were present.

Tammy spoke to the Committee about the changes of the Children’s Water Festival and surveys she sent out to teachers and presenters. The next festival is tentatively scheduled for May of 2022.

Randy gave an update on the Chatfield Orphan Shares. CWCB will be meeting next week to discuss decrees, environmental pool filling, and what to do with the orphan shares.

ADJOURN AND RECONVENE FOR LUNCH

Summit Wake Park has been working with both insurance companies to come to an agreement on coverage so an agreement can be drafted. Some site work will begin with digging storm water retention ponds in the coming weeks.

The Committee reviewed two sets of plans for the Poudre Learning Center’s expansion on the north side of the Cache LaPoudre River.

Chairman Don Rosenbrock adjourned the meeting at 1:03 P.M.
