GMS Committee
March 2, 2022
The meeting of the GMS Committee of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District was called to order at 9:20 A.M. on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, by Frank Eckhardt at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were Vern Kammerzell and Chad Schafer. Committee members absent were Alan Axton and Tom Brown. Staff members present were Randy Ray, William Mihelich and Lynn Kramer.
A staff retreat was held February 17-18, 2022. Attendees were Randy Ray, Billy Mihelich, Brad Grasmick and Ed Armbruster. Billy and Randy reviewed what was discussed at the retreat.
Billy presented the summary of the 2022 GMS quota.
RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO SET THE GMS QUOTA AT 45%.

MOTION CARRIED
Billy updated the committee on several potential water leases and swapping senior water supplies.
Randy presented a proposal from J-2 Contracting regarding the Meining property. The committee directed staff to continue evaluating the gravel mining potential and relocation of the Western Mutual Ditch including costs.
Meeting was adjourned at 11:30 A.M.
