CCWCD Committee
March 3, 2020
The meeting of the CCWCD Committee of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District was called to order at 11:08 A.M. on Tuesday, March 3, 2019 by Everett Kissler at Central’s office at 3209 West 28th Street in Greeley. Committee members present were, Everett Kissler, Ralph Anders, Doug Dill and Jim Reasoner. Committee member absent was Don Rosenbrock. Staff present were Randy Ray, and William Mihelich. No guests were present.
Staff gave an update to the Walker Recharge Project.
The CCWCD committee provided staff direction regarding easements as discussed in the meeting.
RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO RATIFY THE WELDON VALLEY DITCH CO. AGREEMENT AS PRESENTED.

Staff gave an update regarding refinancing the 2013 General Obligation Bonds.
RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO APPROVE THE UNDERWRITER/PLACEMENT AGENT ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT TO REFINANCE THE 2013 GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND.

Staff gave an update to the Kiowa Recharge Project and the proposed repairs.
Chairman Everett Kissler adjourned the meeting at 2:13 P.M.
