GMS Committee
March 3, 2021
The meeting of the GMS Committee of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District was called to order at 9:07 A.M. on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 by Chad Schafer at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were Vern Kammerzell, Chad Schafer, and Frank Eckhardt. Committee member present via Zoom was Alan Axton. Committee member absent was Tom Brown. Staff members present were Randy Ray, William (Billy) Mihelich, Lynn Kramer, and Ruthanne Schaffer. No guests were present.
Randy gave an update on the Chatfield Orphan Shares. CWCB will be meeting next week to discuss decrees, environmental pool filling, and what to do with the orphan shares.
Summit Wake Park has been working with both insurance companies to come to an agreement on coverage so an agreement can be drafted.
RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO APPROVE THE CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE .45 SHARE OF GIC.

Randy updated the Board on the Meining purchase and due diligence is ongoing.
RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO SET THE GMS QUOTA TO 45% FOR THE 2021 IRRIGATION SEASON.

Lynn presented the Two Rivers Mine Riparian Wetland ET Loss and the Committee will entertain a complete proposal.
Chairman Frank Eckhardt adjourned the meeting at 11:28 A.M.
