MINUTES OF THE
CENTRAL COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
March 4, 2022
A special board meeting of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District was held on Friday, March 4, 2022, at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W 28 St, Greeley Colorado. The meeting was called to order at 10:00 am, and the following Directors were present: Ralph Anders, President; Vice President; Bret Schmidt, Treasurer, and Gary Herman.
Others present were Randy Ray, Executive Director & Secretary; William Mihelich, District Engineer. Special guests were David Hunt and Alan Hunt.
A discussion was held regarding pipeline coordination between Central and Hunt Family Farms. Agreed to hire an engineer to do a concept plan. Central will lease 1,000 acre-feet of space from David Hunt. Agreement to fix Central’s 7-shares at Hunt PVIC headgate.
Motion to adjourn at 12:40 am.
