May 9, 2019 

The meeting of the Executive Committee of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District was called to order at 3:10 P.M. on Thursday, May 9, 2019 by Randy Knutson at Central’s office at 3209 West 28^th Street in Greeley via teleconference. Committee members in attendance: Randy Knutson, Bret Schmidt, and Chad Schafer.  Committee members absent: Frank Eckhardt.  Staff members in attendance: William (Billy) Mihelich.  Guests in attendance: Miranda Larsen-Funk.

Staff and consultants provided an update on the diligence findings and the current negotiations for the Senior Water Rights made available to the District for purchase.

MOTION: MOVE TO DENY THE CONTRACT ON THE SENIOR WATER RIGHTS PURCHASE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE DISTRICT.

Chairman Randy Knutson adjourned the meeting at 3:20 pm.
