Audit Selection Committee
November 2, 2021
The meeting of the Audit Selection Committee of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District was called to order at 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday November 2, 2021 at the Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were Ralph Anders, Bret Schmidt, and Vern Kammerzell. Staff present were Randy Ray, Danyelle Hart, and Lorilee Scott. Chad Chavies, C.P.A. was also present.
Interviews with the three selected auditing firms began at 9:00am. Alan Holmberg from Anderson and Whitney was interviewed first. Ron Marshall from Hoover, Harris and Co. was interviewed second. And Allison Slife and Sam Hellwege from CliftonLarsonAllen were interviewed last.
After interviews concluded staff and board discussed the different options.
RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO SELECT CLA AS THE AUDIT FIRM.
