CCWCD Committee
November 2, 2021
The meeting of the CCWCD Committee of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District was called to order at 11:08 A.M. on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, by Don Rosenbrock at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were Don Rosenbrock, Doug Dill, and Ralph Anders. Board member absent was Everett Kissler. Staff present were Randy Ray, William (Billy) Mihelich, Danyelle Hart and Ruthanne Schaffer
RECOMMEND TO THE BOAD TO PAY OFF CWCB LOAN CT2016-2060.

RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO APPROVE THE DRAFT BUDGET WITH THE CHANGE AS DISCUSSED FOR CCWCD.

Billy gave an update on water acquisitions staff members have been working on.
Bids went out for Bernhardt Reservoir pump station; they are due by the November Board meeting.
Wildland Hydrology will present a cost to the Board this month for the Walker Recharge Project. Anticipated start date is January 2022.
RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO APPROVE THE CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS AS PRESENTED FOR THE WALKER BANK RESTORATION.

Randy gave an update on the Meining Farm and has a vacation hearing scheduled for November 15th.
Discussion was held on the Education Center Feasibility Study.
RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO APPROVE THE CCWCD COMMITTEE TO PROVIDE OVERSITE FOR THE EDUCATION CENTER FEASIBILITY STUDY.
