CCWCD Committee
November 3, 2020
The meeting of the CCWCD Committee of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District was called to order at 11:01 A.M. on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 by Don Rosenbrock at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were Don Rosenbrock and Ralph Anders. Committee member attending via Zoom conference was Doug Dill. Committee member absent was Jim Reasoner. Staff present were Randy Ray, William (Billy) Mihelich and Danyelle McCannon.
Randy Ray spoke to the committee about the pull cable park at the Rinn Valley location. Discussion are being held with the town of Frederick.
Danyelle McCannon presented the draft 2021 budget.
RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD THE 2021 CCWCD BUDGET FOR APPROVAL.

The redline agreement for the Central-FRICO bypass was reviewed.
Courtney Sandoval will be providing the board with an updated water quality report in November.
Randy Ray informed the committee that there has been discussion with both contractors who submitted bids on the Walker Phase 3B project. They will have until November 13th to resubmit bids for review at the November board meeting.
The Kissler Recharge project was discussed.
MOVE TO RECOMMEND THE KISSLER EASEMENT AGREEMENT TO THE BOARD FOR APPROVAL.
