GMS Committee
November 4, 2020
The meeting of the GMS Committee of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District was called to order at 9:03 A.M. on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 by Vern Kammerzell at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were Vern Kammerzell, Frank Eckhardt, and Chad Schafer. Committee members present via Zoom was Alan Axton. Committee member absent was Tom Brown. Staff members present were Randy Ray, William (Billy) Mihelich, Lynn Kramer, and Danyelle McCannon. No guests were present.
Danyelle reviewed the draft budget for 2021.
RECOMMEND TO SEND THE 2021 GMS BUDGET TO THE BOARD FOR APPROVAL.

RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD THE SALE OF THE 2018 GMC AND THE PURCHASE OF A 2017 FORD F-250.

MOVE TO CONTINUE THE LEASE ON THE (WEST ½ SOUTHWEST OF 11-4-66) FARM TO CURRENT TENNANT, ECKHARDT FARMS, AT THE ANNUAL RATE OF $160 PER ACRE, AND 27 SHARES OF WESTERN.

RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO ADVERTISE THE LEASE OF 66 SHARES OF WESTERN MUTUAL DITCH AND 9 SHARES OF FIDCO ON THE WEBSITE, AT THE RATE THAT THE ASSESSMENTS ARE DETERMINED BY THE DITCH COMPANIES IN DECEMBER 2020.

Randy Ray informed the committee that there has been discussion with both contractors who submitted bids on the Walker Phase 3B project. They will have until November 13th to resubmit bids for review at the November board meeting.
Chairman Frank Eckhardt adjourned the meeting at 10:50 A.M.
