MINUTES OF THE WAS COMMITTEE
October 2, 2024

The meeting of the Well Augmentation Subdistrict of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District Committee was called to order at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W. 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were Gary Herman, and Randy Knutson. Committee members not in attendance were Steve Bruntz, Bret Schmidt, and Dave Bernhardt.

Staff members present were Randy Ray, Executive Director; Billy Mihelich, District Engineer; Danyelle Hart, Financial Analyst and Evan McCurnin, Water Accountant (Virtual via Zoom).

Randy Ray presented the Meining Easement Agreement.

Danyelle discussed the most recent iteration of the draft 2025 WAS Budget. Discussion with the Committee followed.

Randy reviewed the Hunt Operating Agreement and the Agreement for Cooperative Construction & Use of Water Infrastructure.

Randy discussed the Walker Recharge Project Bruntz/Sieber Extension and the proposed budget for the next three fiscal years.

Randy reviewed the October calendar.

Meeting was adjourned by the chairman at 3:05 P.M.
