WAS Committee
October 5, 2022
The meeting of the Well Augmentation Subdistrict of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District Committee was called to order at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, by Committee Chairman David Bernhardt at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W. 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were David Bernhardt, Randy Knutson, and Bret Schmidt. Absent were Gary Herman and Steve Bruntz. Staff members present were Randy Ray, William Mihelich, Chris Stewart and Lynn Kramer.
Danyelle Hart reviewed the 2023 budget.
Randy explained a proposal from Hall Irwin regarding a swap of Whitney shares in exchange for gravel pit augmentation. Randy and Billy met with Hall Irwin and discussed a counter proposal, Hall Irwin did not accept.
Randy described some ideas regarding fallow leasing in 2023.
Meeting was adjourned at 1:30 P.M.
