SOLAR Committee
September 20, 2022
The meeting of the Solar Committee was called to order at 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, by Committee Chairman Bret Schmidt at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were Bret Schmidt, Everett Kissler, Steve Bruntz, David Bernhardt, Gary Herman and Ralph Anders. Staff members present were Randy Ray, William Mihelich and Lynn Kramer.
Adam Davenport from SunShare Community Solar addressed the committee regarding solar garden leases on several locations and what the terms of the leases would look like.
The committee discussed amendments to the lease terms.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:56 A.M.
