September 3, 2019

The meeting of the CCWCD Committee of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District was called to order at 2:09 P.M. on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 by Don Rosenbrock at Central’s office at 3209 West 28^th Street in Greeley. Committee members present were Don Rosenbrock, Everett Kissler, Doug Dill, Ralph Anders, and Jim Reasoner.  Staff present were Randy Ray, William Mihelich (Billy) and Ruthanne Schaffer.  Guest present was Wayne Eckas.

Staff gave an update on the Walker Recharge Project.  Staff gave an update on easements and acquisitions that they are looking at for recharge sites.

Randy reviewed with the Committee options to purchase the additional Chatfield shares.

RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD THE DISTRICT PARTICIPATES IN ACQUISITION OF ADDITIONAL CHATFIELD SHARES.

RECOMMEND TO THE BOARD TO ACCEPT CIVIL RESOURCES’ SCOPE-OF-SERVICES FOR BERNHARDT RESERVOIR.

Randy reviewed the District’s proposed budget for 2020.

Chairman Don Rosenbrock adjourned the meeting at 3:35 P.M.
