The 2025 Member Meeting was held  on Friday, March 28th at the Island Grove Event Center.

Ralph Anders, President of Central’s Board of Directors welcomed over 100 members of GMS and WAS augmentation plan members to the meeting on Friday. Randy Ray, Central’s Executive Director updated members on completed and new projects.  Brad Gramick, Central’s attorney updated members on the state of legislation; and Billy Mihelich,  Central’s District Engineer updated members on the state of water in the South Platte River Basin.
