GROUNDWATER MANAGEMENT SUBDISTRICT COMMITTEE
WELL AUGMENTATION SUBDISTRICT COMMITTEE
November 1, 2022
The combined meeting of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District Committee, the Groundwater Management Subdistrict Committee and the Well Augmentation Subdistrict Committee was called to order at 12:12 P.M. on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were Ralph Anders, Chad Schafer, Everett Kissler, Dave Bernhardt, Gary Herman, Vern Kammerzell and Randy Knutson. Absent were Don Rosenbrock, Alan Axton, Steve Bruntz, Alan Mazzotti, Bret Schmidt, Frank Eckhardt and Doug Dill.
Staff members present were Randy Ray, William Mihelich, Danyelle Hart and Lynn Kramer.
The CCWCD Overage Audit Bill Analysis was presented.
Billy discussed the supplemental augmentation plan and presented a proposal for Bijou Canal deliveries from Vranesh and Raisch LLP.
Randy presented a bid from Cascade Drilling for three monitoring wells. A second bid has been received and both will be considered at the November board meeting.
Randy presented the CCWCD, GMS and WAS 2023 Budgets. Danyelle added comments.
Billy discussed preliminary augmentation plan quotas.
Brad Grasmick gave the committees information regarding the RFP and Letter of Engagement with Clifton Larson Allen.
Meeting was adjourned at 1:20 P.M.
